I met with Jon who provides self storage units in Deception Bay, Queensland. Jon recently brought the business and wanted a new logo for his business as well as a website to help promote his business online.
After discussing with Jon his ideas for this project, I set to work to create a logo that matched his business and a mobile friendly WordPress website with some must have features for the self storage industry.
For his logo, Jon wanted something the incorporated the security aspect of his business so we designed a lock to which also become the D in Deception Bay. He wanted to use the blue of the buildings and the existing signage but with a pop of colour so we paired the blue with yellow.
The Deception Bay Self Storage website has a crisp look with wonderful blue gold tones & soft on the eye, with both highly detailed & interactive features. We created a space calculator which assists clients to work out the size of the unit they require for their storage needs. The website also features a photo gallery of the storage facility, contact forms to allow people to make enquiries quickly. Another bonus is that the website is responsive so people can easily use it on their phones. To help people easily find the location of the business, a highly detailed Google map was embedded in the website.
