About The Project

A Total Brand Transformation for a Premier Queensland Disability Not-For-Profit

Technology for Ageing & Disability Queensland (TADQ) is a Banyo-based Not-for-Profit organisation dedicated to empowering seniors, children, adults with disabilities, gamers, and everyone in-between through custom-engineered equipment and independence solutions. While their team was making a life-changing impact on the ground, their old visual identity felt dated and old-fashioned. TADQ partnered with Robico Web Solutions to execute a complete, end-to-end branding package. We overhauled their visual presence from scratch, delivering a bright, eye-catching logo, an urgent suite of 9 expo flyers, complete business stationery, an annual report with physical printing, and an accessible, high-converting website.

The Challenge

Modernising Legacy Branding Under Tight Expo Deadlines

TADQ’s legacy brand presence was no longer reflecting the energy, innovation, and care inside their organisation. Their old-fashioned branding lacked modern visual appeal, and their website was difficult to navigate and poorly structured for search engines and wasn’t mobile friendly. To make matters more urgent, a major disability expo was fast approaching, and TADQ had no printed marketing assets to showcase their wide array of services. They needed a complete brand suite that was bright and colorful, fully accessible for visitors with disabilities, and versatile enough to function across digital screens, corporate correspondence, and physical event print.

The Solution

Bright Logo Strategy, 9 Urgent Expo Flyers, Print Delivery, and Accessible Web Build

We delivered an all-inclusive branding and digital solution tailored specifically to TADQ’s Not-for-Profit mission:

  • Custom Logo Design & Power Symbol ‘Q’: We crafted a simple yet striking logo designed to stand out in full-colour as well as black-and-white mode. We selected a clean font and adapted the letter ‘Q’ into a sleek power symbol, perfectly reflecting how TADQ powers independence.
  • 9 Urgent Disability Expo Flyers: Under a tight deadline ahead of the upcoming expo, we designed 9 comprehensive flyers. These highlighted real client stories and showcased how TADQ helps children, seniors, adults with disabilities, and adaptive gamers.
  • Complete Business Stationery & Word Templates: We built a professional stationery suite, including business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and envelopes. To make daily administration effortless for their Banyo team, we embedded the letterhead into a custom Microsoft Word template for quick, branded correspondence.
  • Annual Report Design & Physical Printing: We compiled and designed TADQ’s detailed annual report to match their vibrant new branding. Beyond digital design, we managed and delivered high-quality physical printed copies directly to their door.
  • Bright, Accessible Website Design: We built a vibrant, easy-to-use website tailored specifically for visitors with disabilities. We organised their extensive service details into digestible, non-overwhelming sections that cater to human readers while signaling clear relevance to search engines.

The Results

A Vibrant, Unified Brand Built for Maximum Community Impact

The new branding package completely revitalised TADQ’s presence offline and online. They launched into the disability expo equipped with 9 high-impact flyers and a commanding new brand identity that instantly turned heads. The website eliminated navigation hurdles for visitors with disabilities, while the embedded Word templates and printed annual reports gave their internal team the exact tools needed to operate with total corporate professionalism. TADQ now possesses a modern, bright, and unified brand asset that honours their mission and powers their community reach for years to come.
