Tess from Bonsai Northside Nursery contacted us to help with their nursery website redesign and ongoing website maintenance as their previous developer wasn’t providing the level of service that Tess needed.
Bonsai Northside Nursery had ended up on a blacklist which was stopping people from viewing their website. Our first job was to get Bonsai Northside Nursery off the blacklist and their website back in front of potential customers. Once the website was back online, Tess asked us to update the design to be more contemporary. We used one of their most popular Bonsai as inspiration for the colour scheme for the nursery website redesign. We also reorganised their website content as the old menu structure made it difficult to find information.
Tess and her team loved the new design and have received a lot of positive feedback from new customers visiting their website. Since we finished their nursery website redesign, we have continued to work with Tess to keep her website up to date by uploading new content on a regular basis.
Tess had many of her students ask if she was on Facebook. As she is busy running her business, Tess asked us to create and manage the Bonsai Northside Nursery Facebook page. We relay all messages and questions that are asked on the page as well as uploading content written by Tess and the team. The page has been a great addition to the business as people have been able to connect to Tess and her team as well as other Bonsai enthusiasts.
